I have had African Greys and Eclectus parrots for over 30 years. I had previously purchased a Kings cage play top cage and was happy with the quality. I purchased another one in Jan 2024. I did not like the new bowl door design and the grate was moved too close to the bottom tray. I could live with those changes but recently when I was cleaning the grate I noticed that there were several spots where the powder coating had flaked off. This cage has only been in use 6 months! When I contacted the seller I was told too bad. There is no warranty and it looked like "wear and tear" and I could sand it down and repaint it. That is horrible customer service for such an expensive item. I have never had that happen to any cage I previously purchased from any other manufacturer. So frustrated they

Update: Cage continues to peel paint!! Kim from customer service offered to replace to parts with a DIFFERENT COLOR since this cage is discontinued. NO SHOCK there!! I am now looking at replacing this cage only after buying it 17 months ago! I was also made to feel like this company was "doing me a favor" since the cage was OLD....my mother has a cage that is 20+ years old and still in good shape. I cannot and will will not recommend this company as they don't stand behind their products! Admit when you have a problem and fix it! Bad Customer Service!!!!
