King William Pet Resort & Spa Boarding & Grooming

Just picked up my dogs yesterday and, after only one night there, they came home with fleas. As indoor dogs, they most certainly did not get dropped off in that condition! One of our pups was even at the vet the day before for a routine vaccination and received a good health report. We've boarded them here a handful of times and never once was I worried about their care. However, the facility is definitely not the nicest and I should have trusted my gut. Now we are having to sort out their treatment before we can let them back into our house and around our family. This situation confirms for me that we will be finding another boarding kennel for the future.

I can not speak more highly of Janet and the staff at King William Pet Resort and Spa. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring. This has become Ivy’s home away from home. She loves it there and it puts my mind at ease knowing she is well cared for. She gets so excited when we arrive. I know if she was not happy and well cared for she wouldn’t be so happy to see everyone. Thank you all for all you do and your kindness. Ivy and I appreciate you all. ❤️

We have been taking our two extremely high energy, somewhat reactive Australian Shepherds to KW Pet Resort for about two years. Always a pleasant experience. We had the younger, friendlier female groomed a few months back, and it came out great. Aussies need particular grooming because they have double coats. Anyway, last week we left the 2 of them there while we were on vacation and decided to try to have the older, more aggressive and reactive male groomed. We let them know that if it wasn't going well, they could give up. Let me tell you, my guy came out looking and smelling fantastic, and he is just so happy and playful! He's like a puppy all over again. I really think even his behavior has improved. I think his sister is jealous. We are definitely very happy customers!

We love this location to board our Brittany. He has plenty of play time and the staff treats him like family They are very accomodating and go out of their way to make it a fun stay.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews- this business includes a “non-disparagement clause” in their initial contract. Thanks to The Consumer Review Fairness Act, this actually nullifies the contract, but a lot of people don’t realize that. We booked our two large breed dogs for 2 non consecutive weeks in July. The first week we dropped them off and heard nothing from the business, so we assumed everything was good. We picked them up, and they reeked of urine. Not just your typical kennel smell, but they smelled like they’d be laying in their own urine. We went ahead and found a new place, and called to cancel the second week.
