Kindness Pet Clinic

They have been doing vet care for my cats and dog for years. I ended up at another vet clinic for the last two years because my daughter was working there before heading to Iowa state. However, when it came time to say goodbye to my beloved cat of 19yrs, I immediately reached out to kindness. Why? The answer is in their name. I knew they would allow us private entry into a room and they would give us a quiet space to go through the process. The thought of a no schedule experience in a mad house of a clinic was terrifying to me. We chose to do a private cremation and have her ashes to take home. This review is long overdue! I take all my animals here and all of the staff are so sweet, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. This is the best vet practice I have ever been to and will continue to come here. I took my doggie Buddha Bear here to get his nails cut as me and my partner couldn’t do it after multiple attempts. They were all my angels and got the job done. Really good people here from the front staff, vet techs, and docs! Very thankful for everyone here!

This isn’t my normal vet clinic but took my pup there with a concerning eye problem and they were fantastic! No wait time, the vet and techs were super friendly and loved on my pup well! Diagnosed her quickly and got her some medicine that has her feeling much better! Highly recommend!!!

They were wonderful to both me and my pup. We cane here for a check-up last month, and came back for an emergency visit. Both times we were treated just as the name implies-- with kindness. Dr. Jaydn and all the staff with her was very personable, and they were able to squeeze us in on short notice. They provide both quality treatment, and reasonable pricing.

Their business name is very appropriate. The vets and staff are very kind plus take the time to discuss all my questions and concerns. Price is very fair. We have moved further away, actually coming from Johnston because we really like the entire staff and vets. Over many years they have given exception care to all of our cats! I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic!
