I’ve been to three different vet clinics in Brooklyn, and Kind Vet is on a completely different level. I usually don’t write long reviews, but they genuinely deserve it. They Actually Care — About Your Pet and About You From the moment you walk in, you can feel that the entire team at Kind Vet truly cares. They don’t treat you like another client in line, and they don’t treat your pet like a “case.” They listen, they explain, and they take their time. Dr. Menasche is honestly one of the best people I’ve ever met in any medical field. You can see in his eyes that he cares. He’s not there to push unnecessary tests or rack up a bill. Dr. Menasche and the entire Kind Vet staff are truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, they made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Menasche went above and beyond to take care of my dog. He’s empathetic, incredibly thorough, and takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed or dismissed. I just want to say a big thank you to Dr. Menasche. My coworker recommended the kind vet veterinarian office because my tiny baby kitten was not eating and when I arrived I was very taken back by the amount of genuine compassion and sympathy. I was able to tell that he is a true animal lover as well as the staff , they were also very amazing and caring. My kitten from then on started eating very well However, I noticed he was not using the bathroom so I had to do another trip back and ever since I have a healthy, fun, loving, hyper happy little kitten

We've been going to Kind Vet since our child was 3 months old, and every single visit was a positive experience. Our kitten was never scared, he trusted Dr. Menasche and all the lovely vet techs. Their pricing is very reasonable and they take their time to explain things. They're very accommodating, like when I showed up to our appointment a day early and they still found a spot to fit me in! They offer guidance in person, by phone, and by email. Definitely recommend!
