Kim's Pet Grooming Center

I usually don’t write bad reviews. I’ve struggled writing this one but I felt I really needed to. I took my 11 year old Cocker spaniel in to be groomed. When I picked her up her tummy looked like this. (See attached photos) when I asked Mrs Coleman about it she said “she came in like that”. Which of course she did not. She also had a huge tick in her ear (pictured) that she didn’t even see when she groomed her. Just a warning…if you choose this groomer…make sure you know what condition your pet is in before hand She also charged 75.00. She said Bella was matted and she charged an extra 15 but yet she shaved her. She has razor burns all over her belly I was in tears when I left. I told her I was Upset and she seemed not to care Bella is a rescue dog I’ve only had her since May

kim was very,very detailed at grooming,bathing,nail cutting,getting hair of pads of puppy,and just spent so much time,and put up with my aggresive poodle,at a very good price,she is 8 lbs. id recomend kim.july 29th,2024

Very rude and unprofessional. My senior dog was cut up terribly, she did not clean the blood off of cuts or even tell us he was cut. Was very rude. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE-WARE.

Ms Kim was very polite and my pomeranian looks very handsome ❤😇
