Kieffer Kennel

I had my two dogs here from July 17th to July 20th. Dropped them off at around 8 am. I supplied toys food and treats (chews) I wanted them to have one chew a day for their teeth. All the chews were in the bag none were given to my boys. I went to pick them up at 6 pm. All their belongings were packed in the bag. She brought the boys out and they were wet and stunk to high heaven. All their belongings also stunk and were wet. I paid $70 a day for that kind of treatment. I apologized to my dogs all the way back to Fargo. I sent an email to Crystal expressing my disappointment on Sunday. She called me on Monday. She left a message apologizing and would check with her staff and call me back. I called her back and we discussed the situation. She explained that since I paid in cash she couldn’t

My dogs love this kennel and the staff. My poodle felt so safe he didn't want to wake up from his nap when I arrived for pickup! And my rat terrier spent all his time in the outside part of their private kennel. This is the only kennel I will use!

The price was amazing and Leo treated my dog like heaven.

The people at Kieffer Kennel are friendly, professional, and they take care of the pets as if they're their own. I highly recommend them!! 😁
