Jo Ann is fabulous and helped my family adopt our new adorable kitty Nixie! From the first time I reached out to her, she was sweet and always responded very quickly. She was so professional and clearly cares about her cats/kittens. When we met to give the deposit, she provided so much helpful information and recommendations for what to purchase beforehand. The weekly updates with photos were such a highlight for my family…we grew more and more excited for pickup day! When we arrived to get Nixie, Jo Ann sat with my 3 daughters and explained how to hold him and care for him when he got to his new home. I’ve always dreamed of having a Persian and Joann made it happen for me when I got the call that my sweet Luna would be mine. Joann was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I first spoke to Jo Ann from Khloe's Kittens after having to say goodbye to my beloved Himalayan cat of 18+ years. I told her how special he had been to me and she listened to everything I said.
