Our sweet old man, Rintoo made his way across the Rainbow Bridge on October 1st. I reached out to Jim and was able to drop Rintoo off the same day. Jim was kind, compassionate and professional, he walked my daughter and I through everything and assured us that our boy would be well taken care of. We got him back in a beautiful box with his name inscribed on it. Losing our cat had been very hard on us but Jim made our grief a little easier.

I would recommend Keystone for any end of life pet care needs. Jim is a very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate man. The entire process was smooth and professional. It was a great comfort knowing our pet was in good hands. Our pet passed away on New Year’s and he still helped us with no hesitation.

We were deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved dog, Chester. We placed Chester in a box, adorned him with fresh flowers, and asked Jim to handle the cremation. Jim’s warm personality helped ease our hearts a little. Two weeks later, we received Chester’s ashes in a beautiful wooden box, along with a card. We are truly glad we entrusted this to Jim. Highly recommended.

Our beloved cat passed away at home. Instead of taking her to the vet to send off for cremation, I wanted to try Keystone Pet's services. It felt much more intimate and more special and dignified. Jim at Keystone Pet made me feel so at ease when giving him our cat for cremation. He was kind and compassionate and made the process simple. He wanted me to feel comfortable and confident in having my sweet cat in his care for her cremation. Jim is offering "a little piece of Heaven" for beloved fur babies and their families. I rest assured knowing that when the time comes for our other fur babies to go to Heaven that Jim will help us through again. My daughters and I cannot express enough how wonderful Jim is. We unfortunately had to visit him twice in a very short time, but he has been a bright light during some dark times! He truly cares about what he does and has so much empathy. He took amazing care of our Clementine and our little feral friend Zelda. While I hope it is quite sometime before we have to visit him again, I would recommend him to anyone, especially families, he is amazingly kind to children who suffer loss.
