I just want to share the absolute best review possible, because Ms. Colette truly deserves it. She is genuinely one of the sweetest, warmest people I have ever met, and from the moment I arrived, I knew Willow and I were in the right hands. I had been looking forward to this grooming session with my baby girl, and Ms. Colette exceeded every expectation. She was incredibly accommodating to my situation, and for that I am forever grateful. I cannot recommend Ms. Colette enough as a dog groomer. She is truly one of the most patient, skilled, and compassionate groomers I have ever trusted with my dog. My dog Zucc is a large, fluffy dog, and grooming him is not easy. At times he has come in very matted, and instead of making us feel uncomfortable or judged, Ms. Colette always handles it with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She takes the time to carefully work through the coat and makes sure the dogs are comfortable and safe during the entire grooming process. One of the things that stands out the most is how calm and at-home she makes dogs feel. Zucc is always relaxed with her, which says everything. You can tell immediately that she truly loves animals and treats every dog like family, not just another appointment.

But Colette made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. She invited me to check out her grooming space, and I was blown away by how beautiful and spacious her home is, and her grooming studio is just as impressive – large, super clean, and really well put together. What I love most about Colette is how kind and understanding she is with the dogs. She only works with one dog at a time, and I can personally vouch for that because I sat outside for the entire hour! The attention she gives is truly one of a kind. She's not only a fantastic groomer but also makes it a priority to build a relationship with the dogs so they feel completely at ease. My dog, who is usually anxious around new people, is always calm and comfortable with her, which speaks volumes about her patience and care.
