Kerfree Kennels LLC

Sadly after more than 10 years of going to Kerfree (our prior dog's whole life and our current dog five or six times), we have made the decision to leave Kerfree following their most recent change in ownership. We had remained loyal for so many years primarily because Daniel is an exceptional groomer / person who always went above and beyond to help me with our very large dog and always sent her home looking and smelling fantastic. Under the current ownership, however, the place has come to look very unsanitary and it is ridiculously hard to get anyone to call you back (plus, when I believe the owner finally did call me back, she was not only completely unapologetic for taking so long to get back to me, but actually sounded annoyed that I mentioned how long it took me to get through to s

The person who is running the place/owner, forgot her name, but she is lovely! She is kind and was very patient with me (sent me pics and videos of our dog) She genuinely loves dogs - you can tell! Other places in the area I looked into was disappointing (not facility wise- but staff handling dogs/person in charge looked very disheveled and not happy at all, which made me wonder how on earth can they care for my dog ) Anyway… that was just my observation. Lastly, if you have a large breed dog like an Anatolian/Kangal then I would ESPECIALLY recommend this place and you ll know why once you check it out! My dog was not depressed/or had lost weight etc. when I went to pick her up lol (positive experience for the first time!) Thank you so much KareFree Kennels

I am extremely happy with their Job. My 14 year old cat was cared for and pampered. They were very considerate with her. Staff went step by step explaining the process. I loved it. I am very grateful. Fantastic Job really!!!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE – Neglectful, Disrespectful, and Deceitful I’m writing this to warn every pet parent: do NOT leave your dog at this boarding facility. My recent experience was horrifying and heartbreaking. Animal Neglect They left my dog completely alone for over 24 hours — no check-ins, no response to calls, texts, emails, or messages for 3+ days. I only knew something was wrong because I have an AirTag on her collar, and it showed “last seen” as 15–24 hours ago. Out of desperation, I had to pay a friend to do a welfare check. He waited hours before someone even showed up. Their excuse? They “lost the work phone.” No apology. No concern. Just complete irresponsibility. When I finally picked up my dog, she was underweight, starving, and developed hot spots all over her body

Kerfree is the best Kayla, Grace, Dan and everyone else really make it their business to treat your pet like they are theirs. We’ve been using them for a long time now since they have been the owner and we are very comfortable leaving our dog there. He is definitely a regular and they have gone out of their way to accommodate us at times. We highly recommend them. 😃
