Kensington Dog Club

We brought my boyfriend’s mother’s dog, Phoebe (cockapoo), in for full service. She was very nervous at first but the friendly staff assured us she would be ok! Sandy was extremely patient and took the time to get through trimming Phoebe’s overgrown paws and nails. I will come back next time Phoebe comes to stay with us! She looks so good that her mom is coming to pick her up immediately.

I can’t say enough great things about Kensington Dog Club. Steve is truly passionate about what he does, and it shows in every detail of the care he provides. From the moment we walked in, Steve made us feel at ease, and my pups felt right at home. I recently boarded my dogs here for 6 nights, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Steve kept me updated, which gave me total peace of mind. When I picked them up, they were happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. It’s rare to find someone who treats your dogs like their own, but Steve absolutely does. Kensington Dog Club is the perfect addition to Church Ave. If you’re looking for a reliable, caring, and passionate place for your dogs, this is it!

Two very happy and beautifully bathed dogs picked up today at the Kensington Dog Club. This place is a step up of anything else we have tried. Our dogs enjoy being dropped off I know longer have to pull them into the store as I have had to do in other places. They feel safe and cared for — And they’re looking pretty great!

We've gotten our dog groomed all over NYC and Sandy is absolutely the best groomer we've come across. Not only did she give our bernedoodle the best haircut he's ever gotten, but she was also so sweet and wonderful with him. We are so thrilled to have found Sandy and will definitely be back!

Great experience with grooming for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Sandy is a terrific groomer--patient, kind and does a fantastic job. We are so pleased Steve and his team have joined the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
