First time going in with my cat for a routine check up and the staff here are genuine, compassionate, and knowledgeable. You can tell they truly love animals! They went out of their way to help my anxious kitty feel comfortable, even giving some good treats for him when he started walking around the room. Looking forward to his next check up and I feel like we're in good hands with this team!
Sorry, this is going to be long, because I have a lot to say. I also don't like writing negative reviews unless I have a very good reason. I also waited a week to make sure this wasn't driven by raw emotion. My husband and I have been taking our pets here for about 15 years. It used to be a great place that we trusted, but we have seen this place change over time, and not in a positive way. It started when I took my hound Gunnar there when he was puppy. A vet tech asked if I ever had a dog named River. I answered no, I never did. She then proceeded to say "Yes, You did, I know your name, Stephanie Grant!" Then proceeded to berate me on things I supposedly did this dog named River who I had never heard of. (By the way, I know there is another person who shares my name who lives in my area
Writing this review in hopes to save someone else from going through what I did. Always get a 2nd opinion. Brought my 15 year old yorkie in because he had a bump on his jaw and was not feeling well. I called daily for several days to try and get him an appointment, the receptionist was rude and kept telling me I could bring him to urgent care. We did get an appointment after about 5 days. The doctor felt the bump, noted that he had lost weight, looked in his mouth and said it was a tumor. Prescribed pain meds and antibiotics and said there was nothing else that could be done unless we wanted him to have surgery(we were with the doctor for maybe 5 minutes). Once the antibiotics were gone he still wasn't feeling good and his breath was starting to smell. I called and asked for more antibiot
Best vets around (IMO). The staff is kind and compassionate and the vets take a vested interest in you and your pets. I never feel rushed and I always feel like they clearly outline my options versus just trying to get me to pay more. You can't find better service!
We had to put our dog, Grace, to sleep yesterday at this facility. They were so kind and compassionate, it went so well, and I am so so grateful they handled it beautifully and a terrible situation was made much better thank you. Update: we received a lovely card yesterday in the mail, and today picked up her remains. They were so nicely presented in a wood box in a velvet bag with a nice memorial certificate. Very nice.
