We had an emergency with our little dog on a Sunday, and from the moment we walked into Kendall Pointe Animal Hospital, every single person we encountered was kind, professional, and incredibly caring. We arrived very scared and anxious, but the entire team helped calm us down and guided us through everything with so much patience and compassion. Natalie B at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming — she made a very stressful moment feel a little lighter for us. The rest of the front desk staff, including those working different shifts, were equally kind, attentive, and professional throughout our entire experience.We also want to mention the nurse/technician who brought us into the room and performed the initial basic tests on our baby. I truly believe my dog wouldn’t of made it if I didn’t bring her to this hospital. They have about every equipment, so much staff, super clean environment and don’t waste time on making your dog feel better the minute you step through the door. my dog came in with emergency (the treated her IMMEDIATELY) and I brought her back for surgery which they did an amazing job. My dog is now having a great recovery at home. They call and update you through out the day, they take their time to hear your worry’s and explain everything to you. Not only have the fought alongside my dog and me every step of the way, I’ve also learned so much with them. I recommend them 1000%! Natalie B. went above and beyond to ensure my dog was quickly taken care of. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure both my dog and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Best Emergency Hospital experience I had with my Standard Poodle. The professional and friendly staff was a big plus, specially when you are faced with pet emergencies. The hospital is located in a new, clean and modern facility. Every staff member was very friendly and patient with us. The emergency G.I surgery was a success and his recovery was remarkable. We are deeply grateful we found this pet care where animals are treated with so much love and compassion!
