Kem Road Animal Hospital

I went there to get my dog’sProHeart shot, both of my dogs were patients there. Reception ladies have always been nice. But this one tech, Nick is so rude and condescending, I’m pulling both of my dogs from there and telling everyone I know not to go here.

This was my first time taking my pets to Dr. Grimm. He seems to actually care for the animals he sees and makes sure to gather all the info he can to determine the issue. My 9 mo old bully is very outgoing and energetic but he handled him very well and was very patient with him. This is DEFINITELY the vet I'll be keeping for ALL of my fur babies. I used to go to the vet in Gas City but this one is hands down way better, he seems to care more for my baby. Now time to book more appointments for the others.

This place and the people there have been a god send for us and our baby Millie. We adopted her roughly 3 1/2 months ago and after the first week, she was continually suffering from seperation anxiety so bad that she was having stress colitis everytime we left for work. We were very close to giving up on her before we found this place. They were EXTREMELY caring and helpful and even checked in on Millie the day after we visited them. The medication they gave us to help with the anxiety has completely turned things around for our sweet girl and she is handling us being gone for work, absolutelt great compared to what was going on before. This place is gross. The staffs attitude and management of this vet clinic is horrible.employees are condescending rude and always trying to upsell you something your pet really doesn’t need. Do yourself a huge favor and run from this shack. I went somewhere else and not only was my pet taken care of, the cost was two thirds lower than what this place charges. Plus they don’t guilt you into unnecessary expenses. Don’t walk run

Rescued a kitty from my porch, called and was able to get in right after work. Kitty is very happy to be indoor and not freezing. Update. Kitten was just fixed at Kem. They have been wonderful in helping me care for my Romeo
