Kellys Kritter Clips

Took our dog in to get nails cut. The owner took her in the back. When she came out our dog's rear right foot was bleeding. She said it must have been a burr. Our dog bled an licked all day & night. Took her to Vet in morning. The nail was pullued away from the skin. They did surgery to remove the nail and clean wound. When I gave the owner the bill, she denied everything. She claims our dog was bleeding when she came in. How rediculous. These people are not professional. Not in any way!

We brought our miniature schnauzer to be groomed. This was to be his first time since he'd been groomed at home by his previous owner and he looked like a woolly bear. When Monica brought him back to us, he looked like he was ready for show! I would definitely recommend this place and we will bring him back when he needs grooming again. Thank you, Monica, for doing such an amazing work on our furbaby!

Have them clip my large dogs nails! So quick and easy!

This place had good reviews but we are very disappointed. My dog Charlie came back with razor burns from them using a dull blade or cutting to close around his private parts. Now he is extremely uncomfortable and licking all the time and we are having to put cream on him and make sure he doesn’t get infected. They need to train staff better.

Hi, I'm Charlie. I love getting groomed at Kelly's Critter Clips. Andrea is the best groomer. She not only gives me the best haircut but I can tell she really loves me. All the folks at Kelly's are so nice. I can hardly wait for my next groom!
