Staff is super friendly and helpful. Went in looking for cat treats to add to a gift and found that and then some. My sweet boy (cat) was so happy when I came home with duplicates of his favorite toy!

Kelley's is a clean store with helpful staff, but they didn't carry even one brand of urinary tract support cat food, which is so important for many cats. I regularly find Purina One and Iams versions at places like Walmart and had hoped to be able to find something even better here and support a family business at the same time.

Still selling a lot of outdated products that we learned years ago to be dangerous for the animals they are based for. Its 2026, fix that? Otherwise not a bad store

I went to buy my new Pet Petey a new Surper Man Collar & a matching Leash since I got him from the Animal Shelter. And I bought Panther Jack Skellington Collar & matching Leash also. Now I'm gonna try this Anxiety & Calming Solution for dogs. If it works on him Petey then I'll buy one for Panther...

Love this place. I accidentally found it one day when I was looking for another store. The place has the best ever customer service. They even will take stuff to your vehicle if need be. It’s my go-to store!!!
