KC Pet Project at KCCAC

I did the dog day out program and spent the day with Ziti! She was absolutely so fun and is the sweetest pup ever!! Everyone absolutely loved her; she was so sweet with kids. Not at all food motivated lol but was just an absolute blast. She is so kind and adorable. I hope she gets adopted soon ❤️

I came here and adopted a cat on 2/16, an absolute sweetheart named Garfield. The adoption process was easy & they provided me with his medical records & his special food. Everybody was so kind and welcoming. Definitely will be back for more adoptions in the future. I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me, but she was very sweet.

We absolutely LOVED our adoption process through the KC Pet project. The entire staff are amazing and very compassionate to the animals. All of the animals seemed well taken care of and the amenities provided to the animals were very clean and tidy. We also appreciated how the facility houses the animals in different parts of the campus based on their anxiety and quiet levels. The entire adoption process was seamless and we are so so happy with our new baby boy! Thank you to everyone who works here for all that you do!

Amazing people and adopt the most sweetest kitten names Mr. Buttons. Only took him a couple days to break out of his shell after coming home from the shelter. That's him on his first night here checking out the place. He has no tail make him even more special! Thank you guys he's gonna have the best life here

I was able to adopt my Selena (Selly) from the main KCPP campus. I wish I could have taken all the dogs but very happy with my experience. There were friendly folks who helped answer all my questions and gave me helpful tips. Y’all are so amazing, thank you for what you do.
