This really is the go to place for flooring. They came highly recommended by our contractor and I wish I had found them sooner. Bob and James are patient, professional, detailed and extremely helpful from flooring selection to installation. They had to install herringbone patterned carpets on our stairs and it’s important to precisely cut and install the carpet so that the pattern stands out and they did a good job with that. I plan to use them for any future flooring projects.

I highly recommend K-B Floor Covering. They replaced carpeting that they installed 20 years ago with Cortec Vinyl flooring. Our large family room & bathroom was expertly completed in one day. It looks beautiful. James & Bob are professional, easy to work with and detail oriented. I will contact them for any future flooring.

Carpet installed in three basement rooms and a stairway. Many selections in store showroom. Bob and James are knowledgable, friendly, professional and offer reasonable pricing. Carpet installed in timely manner once it arrived at their shop. Efficient, cleaned up upon completion so rooms were immediately usable. They have installed carpet many times for us and we will continue to use their services.

What a nightmare. Hired this guy to install cortex luxury stone vinyl in our kitchen two bathrooms and foyer. RUN as fast as you can Floors uneven. And flex up and down when you walk on them Gapping holes at where the floor meets the wall because he uses the wrong saw. Try’s to hide everything with molding. Puts thresholds in crooked to hide half dollar size whole he made in the floor. Put toilet back in and it leaked. We had to hire a new installer to take it all up level the floor and put it down right. Still struggling with the floor where it meets railing. All done wrong. Tried to put cherry quartet round against oak railing to hide his mess. Hiring another carpenter to fix that.
