Dr. Baggett is an awesome Veterinarian! She treated my cat for many years. She has a kind heart and a willingness to use various strategies to improve my cat's physical and mental health. Dr. Baggett has excellent communication skills, as she would always return phone calls or would talk immediately. Her professionalism and dedication to her work is outstanding!
Just called at 7:33, very upset, my cat needs to be seen! Lady said,"we close at 8, our last appointment is at 7:40. I CANNOT believe that a place thats supposed to care about animals would basically refuse to see my cat who is bleeding from his privates area !!! I said I could be there in ten minutes & she repeated her previous statement regarding closing time!!! I am livid!!!!!
