Completely unprofessional response over the phone. I called to make an appointment for my dog, and without even letting me talk, the woman answering phone cut me off to simply say sorry, one worker on vacation, doctor leaving to the mainland, no new patients. Call your vet to find recommendations. They were the recommendation. Lady says sorry, I don't know anything, I just answer the phones. Completely unhelpful. Good luck if your pet is not an existing patient.

Dr. Terry & Dr. Debbie are the best. We've been taking our dogs to them for over 20 years. They truly care and will do whatever it takes to help. And Dr. Terry is the best animal surgeon in the state. Can't say enough good things about them. 💚
