I am updating my review that I posted about three months ago. We have been loyal customers of K9 Wash & Groom for several years, and our dog Oliver was always groomed by Karin. She consistently did an exceptional job, and we appreciated that Oliver was never kept at the facility all day. Sadly, I recently learned that Karin left the company to care for an ill parent—family comes first, and I completely understand. Fast forward to this morning: we brought Oliver in specifically for a face trim around his eyes and a trim around his private areas. In the past, Karin performed this service for about $15–20, without a bath or any extras, which was exactly what I wanted. Since Karin is no longer there, a groomer named Emily met with me, and I clearly explained that I only wanted those two trims

Tutti Tutu has been going to K9 Groomers for the last 2-3 years. Friendly staff do a great job of grooming her. We drive from Lillian and they always schedule us to get in and out, in a timely manner!
