Kathryn has a professional background in scentwork and is very caring and experienced when it comes to dog behavior and training. My dog, Gracie, has definitely benefited from our classes at K2K9 & Onscent LLC.

I consider myself so very fortunate to have discovered Kathryn and Kim. I have been a dog owner most of my life, but my dogs were always just companions. Over seven years ago, I decided to put my two dogs in nose work training to help stimulate their minds and enrich their lives. Both of my pups have been in scent classes with Kathryn for over seven years. I love the positive reinforcement and reward-based training. I seem more connected with my dogs because of the training we have been through together. When I was having recall issues with my advanced sent dog, Kim was recommended to me. Kathryn has been my scent teacher for over 7 years. In that time my dog has matured in so many ways. His focus, attention, and instincts have increased markedly which carries over into the rest of his environment. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathryn highly. What she's done for my dog, she's also done for my own awareness.

We had a private training session with Kathryn and our 3 month old puppy. She was extremely helpful in showing us how to clearly communicate with our puppy. We greatly appreciate the positive reward based training. We look forward to working with her more in the puppy class.

Visited this place on the recommendation of a friend. We rescued a dog from Romania, called Sooty, and while we able to build a loving bond of trust, we struggled with training him with verbal commands. It was then we realized he only spoke Romanian. K9 Translations to the rescue! After a two week intensive training course. Sooty could understand English fluently. He is still eating his own feces though.
