K9 Sensei Dog Training & Boarding

Our dog Nala loves Rick and everyone with k9 sensei. It is so comforting to have someone other then one’s own self to care and love on your pet when you can’t be there. Thank you Rick for loving our Nala! ❤️🐶❤️

Rick is one of the most amazing people I've ever met! He's so calm and grounded and he's TRUELY a dog lover. Positive energy just radiates from him and all the dogs he trains. Highly recommended for training and boarding! When boarding, Rick and his staff are in constant contact with you and your dog. It really puts you at ease and you know that your dog is safe and being well taken care of when you're away! He's done wonders with our dog, Maizy. He taught her to be confident in herself, around other people, and around other dogs. Training skills that my wife and I definitely do not have. We continue classes for Maizy with Rick and look forward to boarding Maizy again with him in the future.

I am beyond happy with my experience at K9 Sensei! Rick is absolutely incredible. I booked a private lesson for my dog, who is reactive and struggles with socialization, and I was truly blown away by how quickly Rick and Zach were able to help her. Within the first 30 minutes, I saw instant progress and it was absolutely amazing to watch her not only follow their commands but also interact calmly and positively with other dogs. Phenomenal experience! I was really nervous to start training with my reactive dog, but I felt super comfortable and am so happy we went. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend this place enough to anyone considering training!

Rick and his team do a great job all around. I opted to do the two week board and train program for my pup, Ginger. It's hard leaving your fur baby somewhere for that long, but Rick is a really nice guy and someone you can trust to treat your dog like family. When I first got to Rick's place I think we spent an hour going over Ginger, the problems we were having at home - and how best to address those. When I left, I felt completely comfortable knowing Ginger would be in good hands. I got a handful of updates while Ginger was in training and Rick was very responsive any time I had questions.
