K9 Manners & More

We love K9 manners & more! Ocean loves to be around other dogs while learning & seeing her favorite teachers! As a first time dog owner, I have been the one needing training the most which led me to want to be a part of the training & not just drop her off to learn from a stranger. We’ve both learned & continue to learn weekly. Highly recommend!!

Started working with Kim for my fearful heeler rescue. In 3 sessions my LeeLoo has made BIG improvements. I know that each doggo learns at their own pace, but I am so happy! Kim is patient, explains the what and why. I have learned to better read my dogs behavior....all the folks at the training center are gracious dog lovers! Its a great facility as well! I am excited to continue and see my LeeLoo gain confidence!

I do NOT recommend the agility classes at K9 Manners and More. I enrolled in a single agility class with the goal of introducing my young dog to different equipment and new training spaces prior to competing with her. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for several reasons: • Unequal time on course: My dog and I were the last team to run the sequences set up by the instructor. Midway through, I was interrupted and told to hurry because the next class was arriving. After reviewing video footage that my significant other was taking for my training notes, I confirmed we had been on course for less than two minutes—significantly less than other students, including an assistant instructor who took two full turns running her dog on course. Our dogs love k9 manners and more! Swim and agility are their favorite! The get SO EXCITED to come here! We had a slight scheduling issue but as you see below in their response, the staff was able to get it resolved right away!

Best place for Dock Diving with you furbaby! The "Dock family" they welcome everyone to is amazing!
