Every day I use my Quick and Clean Kennel, I regret purchasing it. In my experience, the system does not adequately contain wastewater, and my unit is not waterproof. This has resulted in significant additional labor to clean up wastewater that the kennel should have contained. There is no practical way to caulk the seams as advertised because the design leaves too much space between the FRP board and the metal tray. The coupling that connects to the shop vac also leaks daily. I contacted the seller with photo documentation of the issues in multiple emails. I answered questions and told them to zoom into the photographs to see the gaps in the system. I was told there is a warranty, but to date I have not received a resolution. I’m very happy with my purchase from K9 Kennel Store. The dog and cat kennels I ordered arrived in perfect condition, and the quality is excellent — solid, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for. The ordering process was smooth, and everything was delivered on time. The only thing I believe could be improved is the shipping service. The cost was a bit high, and the drivers weren’t fully prepared with the right equipment to unload the kennels, so I had to get extra help. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend K9 Kennel Store. A small improvement in delivery would make the experience perfect.

Purchased a cat enclosure. Price was reasonable and shipped pretty quick. Love the option to put shelves where you want. If you purchase the tall skinny one like we did you need the shelves to stabilize it. Our cats love it!

I purchased the 8 x 24 ultimate kennel pro version with extra canvas roof coverage and a three canvas side covers. I finally have something my two escape artists are not only happy in, but have yet to escape. One is extremely aggressive so a good, strong, hard to escape kennel was a must. It looks great, went together much easier then I thought (though the floor tiles were obnoxious to install over dirt, but that's my fault for having uneven ground.) Looking at it you can really see the difference from the usual tractor supply brand kennel. It is much heavier gauge wire, welded at each intersection, and best of all no stupid braces to connect it together. The kennel itself only took about 45 minutes to put together and no extra tools.
