K-9 Design Pet Grooming

Huge thank you to K-9 Design in Van Zandt County Tx for the time and patience in grooming my rescue, nail trimming and ear cleaning. His coat did not look matted to me until you showed me the matting closer to his skin. He had to be shaved but will grow back, he feels much better and his haircut is adorable! We will be coming back on a regular basis to keep him cleaned up. Dogs need regular hair cuts and baths just as people do!

I have been taking my dog long hair Pom to this place for 2 yrs. I never ever have my dog shaved. He is always trimmed. But today I came in he was completely shaved. I was in shock. I didn’t receive a call to get approval. She took it upon herself to make that decision for me. She told me he was matted. Nope he wasn’t. His nails weren’t completely trimmed. And his hair is botched in spots uneven. Never again, Not to mention she charged me 20.00 more. Thank God his hair will grow back. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

We love this place. Amy is the best. Our fur babies come back so happy and clean. We started going here in November 2021. We will stay here as long as K-9 stays in business. We have been to a few other groomers and our pups didn't act right when they returned. They have been so normal and clean and happy here. Thank you Amy!!!

Amy is a sweetheart and a lifesaver. She got us taken care of on a moments notice. We'll be back for sure.
