We have a screamer. I always feel bad for her but his hair is always nicely trimmed and you can tell he feels better with a new hair cut. Never any complaints.

When Wanda was the owner we were happy. Now that she is no longer there we had a terrible terrible experience. The new person in charge requested we change our appt day. We did with no problem. We took our sweet boy “Kobe” around 12 my husband called about 2 1/2 hrs later to see if she was finished with our dog and she stated with an attitude she needed more time. My husband waited around the area a hr later he called again and she was still not finished. He then decided to go in and wait because like any good dog owner he got worried. He could hear Kobe crying so he decided to poke his head in when Kobe seen my husband he got super excited. That’s when the she lost it the dog groomer shouted with cursing threw the powder up in the air that landed all over my dog . My dog was there for 4

My dog looks amazing and was cut right where we talked about . Ellen and now Holly did an awesome job. Most special was the way my pups nails were and how they are not looking like bear claws. Thank you🐺🐕🐕‍🦺

I found this place upon researching groomers that were close to my home. My pup has been coming here to k9 creations since he was maybe 4 months old. I stopped going because his last grooming the owner screamed at the top of her lungs telling my puppy to shut up right in front of me. The owner has no patience to be doing what she does. Yes my pup was crying and excited to see when I came to pick him up. So he was barking and whining. My pup is not trained I admit but she didn’t need to yell like that. It made me feel and think if she’s screaming like this in front of me then I don’t know what she’s doing when I’m not there. That’s probably why my pup was crying and barking to get out of there.

My puppy came to me happy and calm. Two other places I took him to left him traumatized. I couldn't be more pleased with the job K-9 Creations did and intend to take him back again.
