They have been grooming my dog for a year now. & always the only thing said to me was “he doesn’t like his ears plucked” WHICH DUH! Would you??? I go to pick him up today & was told they couldn’t groom him anymore because he bites. Keep in mind my dog has never been aggressive to me, strangers or my TODDLER. My toddler pulls at his ears, hair, all the things I wild toddler does. They pulled out this FILE of notes that I have never seen before on my dog. I think a business should address issues first thing & not wait until they decide they don’t wanna groom him anymore to bring up issues. Would not recommend if your dog doesn’t like ears plucked, feet touched, getting a bath. Also instead of just offering for my vet to do the ears & them just bath & shave him. They just him go. This place was terrible started cussing me out and it took nine hours for them to cut two dogs.btw we were the first to drop our dogs off and last to get trimmed terrible service will never come back.

Took my 2 goldendoodles in due to missing their last appt with regular groomer (barktown is the best). They arrived at 8.30 and called me at 4 to pick them up. When i saw my babies my heart stopped immediately. I felt like I had let them down. I tried to control myself best i could, my logic was, if I went to jail, how would my babies get home. My 1st question was....when was the last time they went out to potty. Oh we dont take them out to potty. WHAT???? My babies were there 7.5 hours and they haven't been to potty???? 2nd question was did you dremel their nails. And I already knew the answer because my babies have excitement jumping. As per the owner, I didn't know I was suppose to. Wow! Isn't that included in a full groom????? I can do their nails but it will cost you extra. W

Michelle and her employees always do an amazing job with BoDean, our Yorkie mixed. He goes in looking like a bum having an extremely bad few hair days and comes out looking like a Rockstar, ready to conquer the world. I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom him. I can't figure out how they handle him because he won't even let me get near him with a brush. If you're looking for someone to groom your fur babies, I highly recommend JUST FUR PETS to be who you go to. You will not be disappointed with the work that they do.
