What a find! My first visit ever to Just Food For Dogs made my entire month! I just rescued my first dog, one-year-old Westie Luna, and on our first day together, I took her here. She was so happy to be there, and I was utterly impressed with the setup, the amazing high-quality food, the variety of options, and how knowledgeable everybody was about what to feed Luna. We were helped by Joe, and Luna took to him immediately! I almost wish they had a daycare area, too, so Luna could stay there longer! Joe especially had a way of making me feel like the best puppy papa in the world. I’ll definitely be going back there for every food and snack refill. Highly recommend this location! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and my dogs have always loved Just Food For Dogs. Our vets were actually really happy to hear that my dogs are eating this food, which made me feel even better about it. The customer service at the West Hollywood location is awesome!!! They’re great with regulars, and I’ve also seen them be super kind and helpful with first-time customers. Joe deserves a shout-out — he’s always positive, super knowledgeable, and genuinely great at what he does. I could order online, but I honestly prefer going into the store because of Joe and the rest of the team.

I love going to the West Hollywood location! (And so does my dog) The staff is always so nice, and they’re very knowledgeable about what kinds of food and supplements are right for your dog. Since I’ve started feeding my dog fresh food from here, her tear stains have disappeared and her fur has gotten so soft.
