Just Food For Dogs

I’m very disappointed with JustFoodForDogs’ return policy. For a brand that markets itself as premium and pet-focused, the policy is surprisingly rigid and not customer friendly. If your dog doesn’t tolerate the food or refuses to eat it, you’re essentially stuck. There is little to no flexibility, even though every pet owner knows dogs can have sensitivities or simply reject a formula. Given the high price point, I expected a company that truly stands behind its product and understands real-world pet needs. Customer service did not offer a reasonable solution and made it clear that once the food is purchased, the risk is entirely on the customer. That’s frustrating and disappointing, especially for first-time buyers trying to do what’s best for their pets. I won’t be purchasing again u

We stopped to buy our dog a new bed and some treats from the treat bar. We have Labrador and they a couple options that will fit him. The cashier was accommodating since the bed didn't fit through the register aisle. The treat bar had an ice cream cone shaped treat. Since he usually has frozen yogurt for dessert and we were traveling, that will have to due. He really liked it!
