This is my second time trying JustFoodforDogs. Once when my puppy was 6 mts and now she’s 2. However, I was greeted by Bridget when I walked in. She was very kind and answered all my questions. My puppy was greeted with a toy (photographed) that is now her favorite toy. Later, Maria came out and engaged with Cali as well. They both were really great and you can tell that they really love pets! I appreciate you both and I’m grateful that we tried JustFoodforDogs again. Cali is a very picky eater, Bridget gave Cali a beef treats and she really loved it. I’m hoping that the lamb and rice that we purchased works for her! My hope is that they will consider making resealable packages on larger packages. Thanks again ladies, you both are appreciated!

Both my dog, Coco, and I enjoy stopping by this store during our walk - in fact just about every day! Very friendly staffs, always welcoming customers and their pets. Parking is very limited since parking is not allowed on Olympic after 3pm so customers have to figure out to get there before 3pm (and that js not so easy with busy schedules), four meters on Maple are always taken, and the store is in the "No Parking except permit" zones. Wish the corporation will provide parking space for customers on the premises. Other than that, we appreciate the business and service at the store. The fresh food packs and little treats for the dog visitors are super nice. I used to have frozen ones delivered from an another brand, but it was quite frustrating since they often messed up my orders. But wi

The people are so helpful and considerate. They really care. Love going there and talking about pups. But come on, Covid has been over for more than 2 years. Why in heaven’s name can you not pay with cash? If this policy doesn’t change I’ll be forced to go elsewhere. Pet express has no problem with cash.

I love getting fresh food for my pups everyday. It’s so easy with the location & parking. Never a wait. The girls there are lovely and very knowledgeable of their products. Not a bunch of junk, just good fresh food and a few treats.
