Customer service is shit and their AI chat bot can't forward your concerns or complaints to anyone so I assume no customer relations people are reading these logs to improve their customer service. They refuse to connect you to a human without giving your phone number and I already get too much spam from them to just the email I gave them. No thank you. Also the food has hardly any meat in it. It can't possibly be 80/20. It's almost all empty calorie white rice or potatoes. And they're sneakily changing the name of their "chicken and white rice recipe" flavor name to "chicken and rice recipe" to obscure the fact that it's white rice to people who don't read closely. Emy at the Town center Store was wonderful. She just sold me four extra bags of treats. I came in and told her my dog didn’t like any of these. She gave them all samples. My dog ate every single one and she sold me treats. She deserves a raise! thank you.Georgene

I have always believed in JustFoodForDogs since Day 1 of the Corte Madera location opening. My two dogs (one of which was diabetic) had started eating Fish & Sweet Potato as well as the Metabolic support and continued to as long as they were in our lives. Simon had bad allergies that caused him to chew on his paws and delayed hair growth after he was treated for cancer. He stopped chewing on his paws as much and his hair even regrew which was amazing. Charlie, my diabetic dog, lived for about 5 years after he became diabetic and he loved the food that kept him healthy and allowed us to lower his insulin a bit. Many years later when I moved to the Portland area (There was no JFFD location there, but there should be) I cooked JFFD Chicken & Rice at home for the remainder of our lovely golden

I've never been treated badly here but Clayton was the prime example how NOT handle a bad situation with one of your guyses products. He talked me down with almost no explanation why I can't return a expired supplement from Amazon. When I got told I Just can to a kitchen and exchange it. Clayton also said let me see what I can do but literally 10 seconds he told me I needed to call costumer service. Because they did not responded in his chat. Hadn’t been to this location before but I figured I’d stop here and I’m so glad I did. Rosie was wonderful and helped me pick out food and answered all my (even my dumb) questions. Would highly recommend coming here!
