Just Chasing Joy- Home Dog Boarding

I chose Just Chasing Joy to keep my dog while I went out of town for a week. I was very nervous because I don’t normally leave her for that long or I leave her with family. Raquel was so reassuring and great with my sweet dog so she made me feel more comfortable. She was also very communicative and very open to answer all the questions I had. When I got back my dog was happy and even got a cute dog scarf! Highly recommend this company!

I used to stress out when it came to dog boarding my pit Junno,but after finding Raquel, I never have that worry anymore! Junno hates being locked in a cage and has really bad anxiety so he seeks that connection from a person, and it’s so hard to find someone who watches pits nowadays. Raquel is so friendly and Junno just loves her. He gets so excited as soon as he sees his cage getting packed up and the car loaded. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone to watch your furry friend!

I was referred to Just Chasing Joy by my super sweet co-worker and it was no shock that Raquel is equally as sweet. She took excellent care of my Little Frenchie Princess Lola and I've already requested a 2nd Boarding lol. I'm very particular of who tends to my baby and I always worry about her if it's not with family, but I was at ease and able to enjoy myself with Raquel. I didn't need to bring anything except for food. Raquel provides beds, bowls, toys and lots of love 😊 Her house is so clean! My carpet isn't as clean as hers with 1 housebroken small dog! She has a nice sized, fenced in backyard. So thankful that I found such an accomadating, personable, and kind Boarder. Thanks Raquel

Raquel was a delight to meet and our girl Nala was well taken care of. Sorry again she got into the trash! Raquel sent daily pictures of our pup while we were away and sent along any updates if they were necessary. We are also excited to have someone so close by to help with watching Nala when we need it. I recently used the services of Chasing Joy for my amazing dog Cocoa. I was a bit nervous bc the last time I used a dog sitter, my experience was far from ideal, but I'm so glad I did. The atmosphere at Ms. Raquel's house is so welcoming for pets, and you can tell that she takes pride and JOY in reference to caring for someone else's pet. She has an opened fenced in back yard where the dogs are free to run around and toys to occupy them as well. I asked her of she would mind providing me with a report of his behavior when I picked up Cocoa, and she had a Pet Report Card. Needless to say, my experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using Chasing Joy in the near future!!!
