Just Cats Vet

I'm so happy I switched to Just Cats! Everyone there is lovely, especially Dr. Sikule, Trish, and Emma. I took my 8 year old cat here after seeing another vet for a minor procedure that had some complications. Dr. Sikule actually read my cat's records ahead of her visit and approached the appointment informed and prepared. I felt like the experience was really collaborative, where we discussed my cat's current status, what may have happened to cause it, and what the best steps forward would be to keep her healthy and feeling well. Big shoutout to Trish and Emma especially - they were amazing with my cat during her blood draw - I've never seen her so calm during any procedure, she was happy licking a churu the entire time and wasn't bothered in the slightest. Really disappointed with the care my cat received. I’ve called the office several times and was told I would be called right back and they never did. I paid to have my 10 year old cat given a sedative and was given more sedatives to give her at home and told try again another day. The vet told me our previous Dr in Colorado lied and there’s no such thing as allergies in cats. I’ll be taking my cat someplace less condescending and more responsive and respectful.

We really liked the old location in Saratoga. It was cozy and quiet, but now they’re in a shopping center and there’s no close parking available for patients. Our cat was startled several times in the exam room because of loud banging or slamming. There’s no carpet so everything echos. The info says they expanded the practice, but expanding doesn’t mean closing a viable branch.

My kitty Louie made a mess of himself on the trip over. The whole staff was sweet, gentle, and kind, and were so gracious as to help me clean him up, all while taking the utmost care of him. They turned what could have been a complete disaster, and went above and beyond to make the experience as nice as humanly possible! ❤️❤️❤️😽😽😽

Truly the best veterinary practice! I've been to the Guilderland and Saratoga locations. At both, you will get the highest degree of care. From reception, to techs, to veterinarians my cats are given the utmost care and compassion. Even when I've been there while they're busy they've always taken the time to review care instructions and answer questions. I've never felt rushed or had my concerns dismissed. They are responsive to off-hour calls and emails. Their pricing is clear and they will review costs/treatment options so I always know exactly what I'm paying for.
