Dr. Pizzuli is so knowledgeable and professional, she really cares about your cat. This clinic has shown me time and time again that I can trust them to do what is right for me and my cat. Many vet clinics these days feel larger/industrial and impersonal, but Just Cats is quite the opposite of that. The veterinary surgeon is above and beyond, she truly sees how important these cats are to their people and shows them so much love. She personally called/texted the next day to check on my cat after he needed several teeth removed, and when she called me to pick up my kitten after he got fixed, she was happy to talk about what a delight he is.

Absolutely phenomenal in every way. All three of my rescue cats are well cared for at every appointment; and the entire staff is so patient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Pizzuli is amazing and I always feel so safe having my cats in her care. This is THE best vet office for cats. Attentive, patient, safe, calming environment. Just Cats is the best!

Years ago I brought my 18 year old cat who was suffering and the vet let me stay for hours while I decided the best way to go. After she was put to sleep, she sent me a card saying a tree was planted in Israel in her name. I’m not even Jewish but that meant something to me. Thank you

They helped us with the Happy business of welcoming our new kitten into our home last year. But also the sad business of wishing our 15 year old friend well on her journey over the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago. They're great and compassionate despite the hardships of the pandemic. Will happily take my cat to them in the future.

I’m new to Cleveland and my cat became sick, the ladies at this office are great. They took care of her and helped get her back on her feet literally. They also made time in the schedule to see us last minute and call with results even on Sundays!! Very happy I found them.
