If you’re looking for fun, interactive things to do in El Paso with the family, this is the place. From the moment we walked in, the staff delivered true five-star, VIP-level service. Whether you come in casually or opt for extra experiences, every guest is treated with the same warmth, energy, and professionalism. There is so much to do—face painting, slime and sludge making, guided tours, swimming with sharks, feeding the animals, and hands-on encounters that keep kids (and adults!) engaged for hours. We spent a long time there and honestly lost track of time because we were having so much fun. The staff deserves a huge thank-you. Amazing people, outstand

The otters and birds were my favorite — they were so fun to watch and full of personality! My family and I absolutely loved this place. Everything was clean, well-kept, and such a great environment for kids and adults alike. My two-year-old enjoyed it the most and was completely amazed the entire time. Seeing his excitement made the whole experience even more special for us. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

Had the best time ever. Steve the manager was super welcoming! He gave us knowledge of the animals and the tanks. The entire aquarium was super interactive. This is definitely something I will be coming back too. The entire place was super clean and the animals seemed to have been happy.

Its always a great time at Jungle Reef. We've visited a few times but this time, we were able to take our youngest daughter for the Otter Playtime/cuddle and had a blast! Alexis was our guide and was extremely friendly, courteous, patient and informative. She answered all of our questions and provided a ton of additional information on the otters. Her experience and love for the animals was obvious. The otters also showed affection towards her, showing their bond. Three other employees were also fantastic but, unfortunately, I did not get their names. I will be sure to ask when we return. Thank you, Jungle Reef, for an amazing experience for my daughter, wife and I. My daughter will be talking about this for a long time.

Took my son today for a family outing and 10/10 would recommend! He loved walking around seeing all the animals and being able to even feed some! The staff was amazing and you can tell they truly enjoy and take care of the animals. Was not aware the animals are rescues but seeing the level of dedication and care was amazing! The manager I believe his name was Steve and the employee Alex were truly amazing.
