We’ve been bringing our dog Max to Jungle Jim’s Total Pet Care in Bethany Beach since April 2025 for both boarding and daycare, and we couldn’t be happier. The team gives Max so much love and attention. He absolutely loves going there. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs they look after and that gives us complete peace of mind when we’re away. Highly recommend Jungle Jim’s to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and caring place for their pup!

This is an amazing facility for all your fur babies needs! The staff is fantastic and welcoming. Located in a great fantastic spot, right on the main drag, in downtown Dewey Beach, Delaware. Visited this location during golden jubilee weekend and desperately needed a place to bathe our boys after a fun day at the beach. Conveniently located next to a fantastic bar and restaurant, if there’s any wait for the dog wash, you can enjoy a beverage on their outside patio while you wait. The staff conveniently lets you know when the washroom was ready and it was amply stocked with everything you would need to deliver the ultimate bath experience for your dog. Thank you!!

We had a GREAT experience leaving our dog here for our week of vacation in the area. The staff were chill, responsive, and very friendly. They genuinely cared about our dog during her stay and made sure she was well taken care of. They were also able to groom our dog during one of her days there. We will definitely be using Jungle Jim’s the next time we vacation in the area.

We had a funeral very last minute and Jungle Jim’s was so amazing to help us! We gave them a less than 48 hour notice and they were able to accommodate us! We have an older lab and a younger one who needed to be walked and fed. Our younger one is a little difficult on the leash but they were all for it and did not shy away from the challenge! He treated them with so much care and love, we even got photo updates of how happy they were! I 100% recommend Jungle Jim's with your pets there is no better pet care in the area in my opinion!

We are a family of four dogs (and a few humans...) and like to bring the dogs to the beach with us on vacation. Jungle Jim's is an awesome getaway for them as well ... they come happily, and they leave happily. Cannot ask for more than that. Dogs stayed for a week in August and were happy to come back today for a few hours while we wandered around without them for a few hours. Always love when others love our dogs. Greg and crew are the best!
