JRG has helped us out so many times. Most recently when our Australian shepherd got caught up in stickers and hopelessly matted up, their groomer helped us out tremendously. Our Aussie dog is like a completely new dog!! How they turned our girl from a crazy mess to a pretty girl is beyond me. We owe them a huge thanks!

I brought my pet into their clinic. $550 later I was told nothing was wrong. I was also told my pet had flees, which it did not. Between this vet and another vet who both failed to uncover the problem after over a month of visits, my pet died. If you have something serious with your pet bring it down to Des Moines. They figured out the problem in short order, but by this time it was too late. This was something treatable if the vet would have known what they were doing. I let my pet down because I trusted in this clown show of a place.

I recently purchased Monoject syringes and Monoject needle tips from JRG store — both under the same brand. However, the needle tips are too small for the syringes. When I try to attach them, they don’t fit securely and easily fall off. This is extremely concerning because I use these for my child. If the needle were to remain stuck in the skin while the syringe detached, it could cause a serious safety risk. When I contacted the customer service they started accusing me to purchased a wrong item. The person who I talked is very rude. I didn’t get any help. They are just trying to fool you for the wrong item that they sent.

My dog had a severe allergic reaction to a wasp/hornet sting and had hives everywhere and couldn't stop vomiting. Dr. Becky was able to treat him right away. My dog is very shy and Dr. Becky was absolutely amazing with him and he is now on the mend. We are so thankful for Dr. Becky! We cannot thank her enough for helping him feel better as fast as possible! Highly recommend her!
