Adopted a dog there. Great staff and the animals seem to be well cared for. They were up front about the animal's positive traits as well as their challenges which I appreciated.
My son and I adopted Frosty and Whopper today. It was the best experience! I can't say enough kind things about all the staff that helped us. Thank you for our new family members. They are acclimating to their new home beautifully. 💙
We had our young cat neutered, chipped and vaccinated for a very reasonable price and quick, friendly service. They even trimmed his claws for free while he was out. That same day we also fell in love with the newest member of our family, a six year old border collie that needed a forever home. They have many sweet cats and dogs that would be a welcome addition to your household. We adore our new companion!
Decent animal shelter, the most frustrating thing, is looking at all the animals, and when you find one, you like you soo find out that they are unavailable due to a hold, under vet care is understandable, but I don't see how someone who is still thinking it over as to someone who is ready to take their new pet home. I feel like they lose on lots of potential adoption opportunities. Some of the staff aren't really understanding and can be rude and intrupt you thinking they know what you are talking about. They don't help the volunteers. They just leave them, and you have to find out who had the information you need. Great adoption prices, but the stress of actually getting a pet is hard, we went 3 to 4 times in a week's span, and the pets we liked were always on hold. The stress of driving
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dog clinic has been frustrating to say the least. Getting in touch with them is nearly impossible. I’ve called multiple times during their business hours, only to be sent to voicemail or left waiting with no response. What’s even more disappointing is that they’ve promised to call me back on several occasions—and never did. It feels like they just don’t prioritize communication or follow-through. When you’re trying to take care of your pet, the last thing you need is to chase down the clinic for answers or appointments. I hope they make some serious improvements to their communication and customer service because right now, it’s just not working. Pets deserve better, and so do their owners.
