The Vet professional and was concise, no non sense. My dog is shy but he didn't make her nervous at all.Prices are great especially in these times. My first visit , scheduled a dental, kind of far out date but that just shows how in demand they are.

We have gone to this clinic since I was a kid with our animals and yesterday was the worst experience of my life. Dr. Lancello was very rude and inconsiderate. We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time to be seen and when he recommended a blood draw for “a couple hundred dollars” he was annoyed when I asked the exact amount and kept referring to my dog as a girl when he was in fact a boy. My dog would have been 13 this coming year but he said according to their records he was 9. I know my dog I’ve had him for years. When I suggested that if the tests to find out essentially how he would die/what he was dying from was more than the tests he wanted to run he seemed even more annoyed that I wasn’t going to spend hundreds of dollars at his clinic. Dr Lancello has taken care of my dogs for over 15 years. He provides no-nonsense care, provides your options for treatment, and there office is very helpful.

We came in today, with the expectation that we were going to lose our cat. it was tragic, and we were torn apart. Dr Lancello gave us a second opinion, and new hope. we are forever grateful for his caring and hopeful disposition, as well as his ability to clear up confusion and properly treat our cat. our cat is not out of the woods but he is already much much better.

Jordan vet clinic has been consistently awesome to all of our many animals, from cats and dogs to foxes. Dr Lancello is extremely knowledgeable and all of the staff is friendly and motivated! The animals love it here too! We've been coming for years and will continue to do so
