I purchased the jolly bone for my lab. After playing with it for 10 minutes, he had it in pieces. I wrote to the company and gave them all the information they requested including a photo. I requested a refund. It's been a week and I haven't heard back from them. I consider this poor customer service and won't be purchasing from this company again. After 3 emails and 2 more weeks and disclosing that I would dispute the charge on my AmEx account, I finally heard back from customer service. I did finally receive a refund. However, the bottom line is that the toy did not hold up and isn't safe because pieces break off easily and can cause choking and ingestion. See photo below.

Jolly egg does not hold up to my 40 lb English bulldog. Breaks my heart cause she does love it but the plastic cuts her mouth. Plastic could be thicker or more durable for dogs of substance. I have tried it 3 times.

My guys absolutely LOVE these herding balls. Their favorite chew toys are the bobbers!!!

Love Jolly Pets. Great durable toys that my dog, Noodle, loves. Her favorite is the six inch ball that she chases around the house. Love that the ball can't be destroyed by puncture!
