Meagan MacKay was very kind and appreciate the day foster program they have at this shelter. She made it very easy for me to check a dog out on an outing and go for a hike, let the dog relax in my home or run around and play in my fenced backyard.

This place was friendly and informative. They were happy to help me and my daughter in adoption of a new kitty. And also very cost effective on adoption, with the kitten being flea'd, de-wormed, fixed, chipped and vaccinated.

HEARTBROKEN! I adopted an adorable furbaby last Saturday but was told she had to be spayed before I took her home. I spent the next 3 days building a fence for her and preparing for her to come home. I emailed on Tuesday to see if the operation happened with no response. Wednesday I called to see if she had the surgery and was ready to go home. I was told she had, with no further information. When I showed up to pick her up I asked about socializing her with another possible adoption while she was there. But I was told "no, she has kennel cough"! There was no mention on the phone before I left so I could contact my vet to prepare and they were already out of the office by the time I found out and tried to call for advise. I had to leave her there to make arrangements to keep my other dogs

This place is absolutely top tier. The people running the front desk was beyond helpful when I walked in over a lost pet situation. One person in particularly was very nice to work with for the brief moment, I’d stopped in to collect my lost dog. The service they gave my dog in the short couple hours that he was in their care was luxury. They went above and beyond. If you want a great organization to support, this is the one. Blessed that my dog landed in this place care. Carbon loved his little journey and short stay.

I was waiting outside in the cold with my baby and my animal for 30 minutes! At 9:35am a worker passed by me and told me that they don’t open until 9:30, and it was in fact 9:35am. Although they knew I was waiting outside they continued to keep me waiting. They seem like snobby people too.
