Johnsons Carpet

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. After a few stops thru town with various snags of getting carpet, Well Johnson's had the exact type and color in stock and had the best price. Came with a week for installation as promised. I'd recommend them! Kudos to Johnson's carpet and Freddie the installer.

Absolutely the best carpet place in Utah. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. We have been remodeling our entire home in stages over the last three years. We’ve had four different carpet contractors including Johnson’s. Huge difference. They showed up exactly when they said they will. They did a great job, they were super helpful in finding us the best carpet for the best price. The experience we had with them was just so different than every other carpet contractor that we had to leave a review. It was textbook five star in every part of the transaction. Seriously, don’t take a risk on these big companies with a fancy show room. These guys have a huge selection and can get anything and they do what they say they will do!!!

Great carpet and flooring options however the contractors they go through are not favorable.Not only did they crack pieces of the side trim and broke it inside of our new house they left glue on the carpet on the stairs that we found weeks later from installing. The communication is not what it should be and we felt like the owner we spoke to during this process was not helpful but made us feel more like a burden to her and just an order number than an actual customer. However the others we spoke to were incredibly kind. This was just my personal opinion and experience. Poor service Update 9/3/22 we wanted to use same flooring they said it would take months to get the products in found the same thing a few blocks away exact floors within 6 days in our hands.

After finishing our basement 3 yrs ago we had searched and had several estimates for the best price for the carpet we wanted. We chose Johnson carpet they did such a great job and their price couldn’t be beat we used them again last week for the rest of our house. And again we were not disappointed the owners are very friendly and professional the installer as well!!! They did a fast and awesome job you can’t see any seams anywhere they did 4 rooms, formal room and living room I highly recommend Johnson carpet!!

We loved working with Johnson’s Family Carpet! Recently replaced some old carpet in our home. They were quick to respond, measure and get us a quote. Installation guys were super nice and did a great job. Would recommend 💯!
