Friendly staff and easy to make appointments. They did a great job with my dog. She had been matted some and then the icestorm didn't help matters, but they still managed to make her look adorable at a very affordable price:)

Jodi is amazing! My dogs have always looked and felt great when we left. I have an elderly dog with some issues and she allows me to stay with her to make sure that she is comfortable and good. Both ladies there have great personalities and are willing to go the extra mile to help.

We tried this place after moving. They did a great job! It's been over a week and I can still smell their shampoo, which smells amazing. This will be our new pup grooming spa. Thank you!

I took my pups, Milo and Jax, to get their nails trimmed. I called beforehand to make sure I didn’t need to make an appointment. For nail trimming, walk-ins are welcome! But for a full service you must call and make an appointment! The staff were very friendly! Milo is usually anxious with nail trimming but he felt comfortable and stayed still the whole time! Jax eventually got resistant at the end but the two ladies kept petting, comforting, and talking nicely to him to get the job done. And at the end they gave them bandanas and treats! Loved the environment here and definitely recommend!

Jodi’s Groom Room does a fabulous job! My little guy was a raggedy boy and he looks so much better. Thanks folks for the “makeover”. Give them a try with your fur baby!
