JENtle Hands Dog Grooming

Jen, She did a great job with my little Shih Tzu. I asked for a shorty short hair cut. Her ears a nice and high and did a beautiful job on her tail.

Jennifer is the absolute best. Even though we're far from her only client, or come in even as frequently as monthly, she still remember us and/or our dogs, and greets so warmly as old friends. I am 100% confident that my dogs are in great hands when I leave them with her. You can absolutely tell she has a great love for dogs and loves what she does. She has decades of dog grooming experience. It's wonderful that she has her own shop now. I wouldn't even take my dogs anywhere else for grooming or nail trims. Even my reactive fearful rat terrier tolerated Jennifer clipping her nails.

This place is amazing. Oreo always comes out smiling for hours after. He smells fantastic and looks great. It's a wonderful confidence booster for him. They are always really sweet to him and I can tell they care for him well. Just look at his smile!

10 Stars! Riker, my border collie, came home smelling delicious and his fur is super soft and flowing, and Jen told me that Riker was A+ today, on his best behavior. When I went to pick him up, I could tell he was happy to see me, but I could also tell he was NOT panicked whatsoever, the way he is usually panicked acting when I pick him up from the vet or from boarding. That means A LOT to me. That means that even though he doesn't like baths or getting brushed, Jen and her assistant must have gone out of their way to make him feel comfortable and safe during his grooming there today. Thank you guys so much for treating him so well. ♥

Jennifer is the best!! I have been taking my dogs there since I lived in Columbia County, and before she got her own shop (well deserved Jennifer) she is the most caring and passionate, and loving groomer I have ever taken my dogs to. She has a warm and inviting place. She loves your pet like she loves her own. She is customer service oriented, and treats you like you have been friends forever, and Has Reasonable pricing! I would never take my dog anywhere else. We love you Jennifer, and your passion for our fur babies.
