We took our dog here in June and they did a fabulous job. Hubby scheduled another appt, a month later, today at 1 p.m. We show up 15 minutes early and assume since its locked and sign says closed, that they are at lunch. We wait until 1 pm, I call and a lady answers and I explain we are out front for a 1 pm appt and she says "didn't so and so call you, she isn't coming in today she got bit by a spider" I say "no, we didn't get a call hence why we are outside." A few moments of silence pass, and I think I am on hold, but no, I hear a dial tone. We will not be back.
So great. The nicest people.m snd they do a great job. My frenchie loves it too! And he’s a diva dog. lol.
