Just brought our elderly pup in and had a great experience! Laura was incredibly kind and took such good care of June. She did an amazing job de-shedding her (June has so much hair!) and her nails look great too. The adorable “Official Turkey Taster” bandanna was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend!

I used the self-wash room for the first time today. It was great. All the supplies I needed. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. My dog Rosie really wasn't too nervous. The attendant was very helpful and sweet to me and Rosie. The only thing to be aware of - you do have to pick up your dog to put them in and out of the tub. The attendant offered to help, and it was not an issue. I love that the Shallowford Rd location is right around the corner.

The owner has always been respectful but Someone who worked for jazzy paws came in and started causing a scene. I was picking a pizza up and a worker from Jazzy Paws came in cussing everyone out. Had a complaint about trash outside and didn’t want to be professional or talk, she just began yelling. Won’t speak for the owners as a whole but this person wasn’t reasonable. I know everyone has bad days and im sure they do their job well, but this was unprofessional. Get this person some help or something. They Started throwing debris from outside onto the store front. Worker resorted to being racist by insulting me and calling me slurs
