I've been driving 4 hours each month to get my pup pampered by Melissa's team, and it's worth every minute. My last review may have been a little harsh. I was frustrated because my boy is, well is my boy. My experience was just that, my experience and I’m sure it’s not common . There wasn’t a big boy like mine and I’m sure he can be a handful. I really thought the situation could have been handled better. Communication is very important. I do wish them all the best moving forward.

Got their teeth cleaned and groomed! Sugarbear is 9 years old, and in that nine years she’s NEVER kept the little pompom puff on her head!! She has had it for 2 days now!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😊😊😂😂😂😊😂😊😂 I think she got groomed first and teeth second so forgot it was there. Anyhow super cute! Great job!
