I ran in there on a Friday with a dog that was dying from an unknown poison ingestion. It is the closest place and by the time I got in there he was going limp in my arms. I frantically explained what was going on to the receptionist, and was put into shock by their response. "If you've never been here before we can't help you. Beckley is the closest vet." Absolute trash. Thank God for Oak Hill Animal Hospital. They saved his life. My dogs are my family and I've got a bad temper...Oak Hill Animal Hospital saved me from a bad situation.

I recently contacted your clinic to purchase flea medicine for my dog, but I was informed that you will not sell it to me unless my dog has been seen by your veterinarian. Additionally, you are not accepting new patients at this time. While I understand these policies, I am confused as to why I was able to purchase a 12-month supply of flea medicine for my dog from your clinic last year and for the eight years prior without any issues. I would appreciate an explanation for this change in policy.
