Jan's Dog & Cat Grooming

This place besides being convenient to me since it’s close to my office it’s extremely affordable compared to other places, and most times have same day or next day appointments available I bring my Malinois for baths and de shedding and they treat my older poodle very gentle and do a good job with her grooming needs. If you want your dog to be at a fancy spa looking place and don’t mind paying double, this is not a place for you!

I hate to say it, but service went downhill fast. I used to take my cocker spaniel to be groomed. That was until he would come back with cuts and bleeding everywhere because the groomer isn't being careful. We now take him. Elsewhere and they do a fantastic job. Vida groomer is worth it.

Okay... so this place is definitely not the best in town. As soon as you walk in... you can tell the place is a bit run down; its not very clean nor presentable. I've taken my dogs here twice already. (I have maltipoos.) First time, my female came out with small razor burns and small cuts around some of her nipples. Second time was not any different. :-\ (However, the lady in charge did warn me about that happenening since my dog's hair is extremely curly and gets matted easily!) anyways... They charged me 40$ per dog. Overall, there's definitely stuff this place has to improve on... 1. Customer service: they need to adjust their approach towards customers... Friendliness can go a long way! ;-) 2. Look presentable as staff and as a business... it'll change people's perspective about y'al

I've been bringing my dog to them for years. First I have to say i DO NOT AGREE with all these negative poats. I've NEVER had a problem. My dog always comes back perfect And the price is better then any other grooming shop...

HORRIBLE service, the woman who runs this place is rude and it always smells like cigarettes. I took my dogs here at 10am thinking that was enough time for them to finish by 2pm since one of them had a vet appointment. The woman told me they would be done by 2pm and I call them and she tells me they won't be done until 3:30-4pm and says its not her fault because I didn't tell her that one of them had an appointment. My dogs were only the second clients in the building that morning. I do not understand why it takes 6hrs to cut and shampoo dogs. I do not recommend this place. Although the deals are great the service is bad.
